Accord i"ng to the Planning and Zon i ng Commission's Conditional Use Permit, the shrubbery was to have been 5 gal. mi nimum, spaced 21/2ft, on center. Doug Stovall, as church representative, indicated that rather than go to the expense and effort to apply fora" Revised Conditional Use Permit, the church would probably replace the undersized plants. This letter is to inform you that the plants must be properly replaced on or before Nov. 13. If you decide instead to. go. back taP & Z for a Revised / Conditional Use Permit application must bemadencr later than Nov. 9.
