A review of an as-built landscaping plan was held on this date, and
the plannIng staff informed M~.Stoval1 (representative of the Church
'j nCollegeStat ion) tha tcomp Ii ance\rJ it h t he condit i on requ i red by the
Planning and Zoning Commission that shrubbery,.around the portable
bui ldlngmust be 5 gallon size is necessary. Inl ieuofcompl iance,
the app llcantmustapp 1 y fora Revi sed Cond'i tionalUse Perm i t wh i ch
would entailnotlficatlon of residents within 200 feet, notices in
the newspaper, payment of fees and another public hearing.
Mr. Stovall was ~lsoremindedthat ordinance requires that all land-
scaping must be replaced should it die.
Mr. Stovall indicated to all staff attending that he would prefer to
replace the small shrubbery with 5 gallon shrubbery rather than to go
through the entire Conditional Use Permit process again.

Dear Mr. Yeager:
On October 17,a P.R.C. meeting was held to review the landscaping prablem
around> theChurch'sportabl ebuildi ng. Accord i"ng to the Planning and Zon i ng
Commission's Conditional Use Permit, the shrubbery was to have been 5 gal.
mi nimum, spaced 21/2ft, on center. Doug Stovall, as church representative,
indicated that rather than go to the expense and effort to apply fora"
Revised Conditional Use Permit, the church would probably replace the
undersized plants.
This letter is to inform you that the plants must be properly replaced on or
before Nov. 13. If you decide instead to. go. back taP & Z for a Revised
/ Conditional Use Permit application must bemadencr later than Nov. 9. Failure
to. comply with the above provisians will result in complaints being filed in
r~unic; pal Court. Fines for, vi 0. 1 a tions are$25,-$200per offense.
