Conveyance of Ernest E. Jones and wife Matilda Jones
to, Ernest Jones, Jr.. an undivided 24 percent interest:
TRACT #2
A 9.143 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League, Abstract 46 Brazos County, Texas .and being a portion
of an 80 acre tract described in the following deeds: (1) C. Edgar Jones
to Ernest Jones et ux,.dated February 16, 1932 and being recorded in
Volume 81, page 420 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, (2) C.S. Jones
to Sandy Henderson dated October 28, 1911, and being recorded in Volume 37,
page 250 of the Deed Records of Bra.zQs County, Texas: Said herein described
tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the point of intersectio.n
of the most northerly right-of-way line of a county road commonly known
as Stasny Lane or Kr~nek Tap Road and the most westerly right-of-way line
of State Highway 6 - East By-Pass, said monument also lying on the South-
east line of the aforementioned 80 acre tract:
THENCE S 420 29.' 41" W along the northerly right-of-way line of Stasny
Lane for a distance of 921.06 feet to the Place ~Beginning;
THENCE continuing S 420 29' 41' W along the northerly right-of-way line
of Stasny Lane fora distance of 520.75 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 470 40' 49".W for a distance of 764.10 feet to an iron rod for
corner;
THENCE N 420 19' 11"E for a distance of 520.75 feet to an iron rod
for corner;
THENCE S 470 40' 49" E for a distance of 765.69 feet to the.Plaoe
of Beginning and containing 9.143 acres of land, more.or less.
