SUBJECT: Request for Extenslonof Pl.antingDate of Landscaping
Twin City Church of Christ in Eastmark Subdv. (84-701)
Upon inspection of the property after a verbal request for extension
was made by the applicant, the City staff found that the curbing around
the turn-around lsincomplete, thestripingof parking spaces on the
parking lot has not been done and some easements may still have to'be
filed,.
Because there appears to be at least one week's work prior to requesting
a CertlficateofOccupancy_for this project, theP.R.C. decided that
the applicant should call for delivery of the landscaping material, as
itis now on Qrder, and try to get the plants in the ground between
nowandthetimelttakes to complete the project prior to final inspec-
tion. Should it become impossible tofinishal1facetssimultaneously,
the P.R.C.hasadvlsed the applicant that another request for extension
can be made and wIll be taken under advisement at that time.
