being all of that 7.174 acre tract convyedtoDon R. Cain by deed
recorded in Volume 598, Page 860 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, apart of that 285.32 acre tract conveyed to Southwood Valley,
inc. by deed recorded in Volume 378, Page 224 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County ,Texa~,' a part of that 649 .77 acre tract conveyed ,to
SO,uthwood Valley, inc. by deed recorded in Volume 322, Page 670 of the
D,e edRe cords of Br azos County, Texas, and be i ng mo re particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner> of Southwood Valley section 21A,
an addition to the City of College Station" Texas, according to: plat
of record in Volume 443, Page 73 of th~Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, which is a'lso the southwest corner of Southwood Valley section
14A, an addition to the City of College Station, Texas, according to
plat of record in Volume 480, Page 621 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, in the southwest line of Rio, Grande Boulevard.
Thence S 58 degrees 23 '55 II E - 25 .75 feet along,thesouthwest line of
Rio Grande Boulevard to the P.C.of a curve to the right (R=565.00');
Thence along the arc of said curve in the southwest line of Rio Grande
Boulevard through a central angle of13 degrees 30' 04" to the P.T. of
