On January. 17,1985 <the Commission tabled consiclerationof
thisreques t. Tliisallowed ...time for the owner ofth.e four
townhome lotstothewe.st to investigate the potential for
commercial use and/or re<,levelopment of the lots. The owner
o'f' th~townhomes submitted a request forC-lzon'ing.
That request was scheduled to beconsideredbytheCommiss ion on'
February 7.
On February 7, 1985, following. wi thdrawalo,fCaseNo .85-103
(the request torez.one the4adjace.nt lots) "th.'eCommission
again tabled this. i t'emuntil February 21, 1985.
On February 21, 1985 ,theComm i ssionr.eceiveda memo
(attached) and report from the City Planner. Following
consideration of.theCit y<Planner~' s report,and.di s cuss ion
with the appl icen tandthe owner of the '4 townhomes ( Lots 1-
4},theCommi ss ion recommended approval of this requ.es tin
a,ccordance with the recommendations included intheattach.ed
