non-cumulative in commercialandresidential zones, and thle benefits of non-cumulative

.Mr. Martyn stated that he believes this is a good ordJnan eand he will back it. Mr.
Hansen asked staff if there had been any feedback framci izens notlfiedofthls hearing,

Mr. Callaway saiid that staff had onlyre.ceiveda small nuberof questions from property
owners wi thin ZOO feet, bUl:there had been no opi orons or Iconcerns regarding the actual
draft ordinance voic:ed. Mr. Hill asked the total number of acres which are zoned M-2.
Mr. Callaway replied th.at he did not know the aCl:ual numbJrs of acres involved, but went
to the zoning map and R'ointedout the actual I:racts invol.Jed.
Mr. Baileymadea ffi01:iQnto recommend apprOval of this dr~ftordinance which deletes C-l
uses,f,rom M--2 z([)rringdistricts. Mr. Hansen seconded the m,,'I,otlon. Motion carried unanimously.
