Dear Ms. Jones:
An inspection made by Kim Johnsonon.September26, 1985 at the
Parkway Medical Clinic site indicates that there are only two
problemsneedtng to be addressed before a Certificate of
Occupancy will be issued for the rest of the structure.
These are:
(1) A dead Live Oak must be replaced at the southwest corner
of the property. This w:a's a required tree as part of the
approved l'aI1dscapeplan.

Other than these two items everything else appears to be in order
