The above referenced site plans were received in the Planning Department
on this date, and due to a I'lull" lna normally busy P.R.C. schedule, \Ne
were able to set the date for reviewing th'is project on September 19, 1981.
at 10 a.m. (Under normal circumstances, it would be approximately 15 days
from date of receipt to date of review.)
Because this sitetplcl?>i:is completely revised from the .one reviewed and approved
more than nine mo1nths,'ago, it will. be necessary for.youto complete and return
to this departmenttheappllcation for site plan permit. You may return it
by mail, or bring it with you to the review next Wednesday.

SUBJECT: Site Plan Permit -Monticello Apartments - 84-505

The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned .project, and recomlmends
approval with the following conditions:;',
CampI lance with the.P.R.C. Drainage Statement which was provided is required.
City Engineer has approved access locations as shown.
Show fire hydrant locatIons. FIre lanes must be designated on curbing through-
out. the project.
Show all dimensions.
UtJlity easements as desIgnated are required (20ft. across front, along SH 30
and an area around the guys at the southwest corner of the property alongSH 30).
~) Design the Island adjacent to the northeast property line of Sausilito property
to' accommodatetheut i 1 ltypoles and guys.
tk1) Correct the not~ regarding required parking to reflect 342 spaces required.
(8) A signed Development Agreement regarding the "Office Clubll building is required.
Coordinate with Legal Department.
(9) A minimum of 6- 6 yard dumpsters wi11be required for this project. "1aintain
a 50 foot clear turning radius in front of dumps"ter locations. All locations
to be approved by Dept..of Public Services.
(10) El iminate confl icting parking spaces; control can be handled by making iislands
whfch separate spaces at rightangles wider.
(11) Islands at the ends of parking rows must be a minimum of 9 ft. in width..
(12) land scaplng. plan 5 submitted 9/19/84 have been approved.

*Any changes to an approved plan must be cleared through the Office of the Director
