December 19, 1984 to review . the abovementioned project, and cannot recommend to approve this site plan due to the following problems: (1) (2) Parking will have to be redesigned to add enough spaces to meet the shopping center requirement ...(1 space/?OO S.F./.+ employee parking) for the C-larea (buildtngsA-G).. All parki n~ for the C-1shoppingcenter must be on :the C-1 zoned<area.Alsoallparkin~ spaces directly in.frontof the buildin,gs must be removed)and af; re 1 anepfovided. Examine turning radius .toenableemergency vehicles to get to Building C. Commercial buildings over 15,000 S.F.and restaurants over 5,000 S.F. must be sprinklered. Drives must be within 150.of farthest part of any building.
