Utilltyand access easements (width to be determined by Electric Depart- ment) can be filed by Separate Instrument. Make an addition to the note in reference to the septic system to the effect that this project wi'11 betled in to Cfty sewer lines when they become available, Delete the note regarding the number of parking spaces; retain the note on the site plan regarding the number of employees to be using this facil ity. OrdInance requires an island at the end of each parking row; suggest the island at one end of a parking row be extended around to cover 2 rows of parking. Keep the curbing 2 feet off the building. Utilltyserviceand the required easements to ber~viewed by the Electric Department. Furnish a letter to the Electric Department requesting under- ground service. Dumpster location must be approved by the Department of Public Services. (A 50 'foot clear turning radius is required). Entrance drive should be approximately 24 feet in width to .accommodate fire protection and emergency equipment;' a 30 foot turning radius is suggested.
