The P.R~C,met on this date to rev'iew the above mentioned project a'nd pointed
.out the followIng problem~ ,the applicant must add ress:

Fifteen feet of an electrlcaleas'ement run through this property. The City
would,'prefer the pumps/canopies remain outside' this easement, however, if
they are located within this easement, the National Electrical Safety
Code 'regu,lations ,must be followed.
If the City Is. requested to furnJshelectrlcal service to this part of
the project which Is outside the City LImits, Council approval must be
given. IfCouncflapproves furnishing power to this part of the project,
electrical service to the new pumps must come from the existing service on
the north si-de.of the existlngbuilding"
Locate all existing electric p.oles. One pole with' guy wires on the corner
clos.est to Barron Road may interfere with the proposed driveway, and may have
to be\relocated. El~ctric poles must be protected, preferably by islands,
from traffIc. Some poles may have to be moved; additional poles may be
required~
There are no electric lines on the west side of Highway 6as show'n; Bryan
has lin.es on the east sIde of that-highway.
A resubdtvisionp.latis required prior to subdividing of Reserve Tract E,
Consult the HIghway Department regarding locating the underground fuel
tanks in the proposedh ighway right-of-way.
Some parking spaces may haveOto be eliminated around the existing manhole
closest to Barron Road, depending upon the location of the pipe associated
with that manhole.
The existing dumpster will be adequate for both phases of this project.
Show dumpster location on the revl'sedsJte plan.
