must comply witf1 city equipment. One 3 cubic yard dumpster will be the minimum

An island at the end of the parking row is required by Ordinance; suggest
applicant enlarges the island as drawn by Director of Planning at this meeting.
Prior to any approval of this site plan, a landscape plan which complies with
Ordinance requirements mlJstbe received, reviewed and approved. This plan,
which only showsihclusion of grass in setback areas does not meet Ordinance
