The P.R.C. met: on July 25, 1984 to review the above mentioned project, and recom-

Designate fire lanes on curbing because project is more than 150 feet from
a major' 'street..
A 611 raised curb is required around aJ J edges of all parts of al J paved areas
without: exception. (TqincJude islands, planting areas, access ways, dumpster
locations, utility pads, etc.) Curb detail to be approved by the City Engineer.

One 6 yard dumpster will be the minimum requirement for this phase. Any addi-
