APresubmission Conference was held on. October~, 1984 to review the
above mentioned plat. Staff recommends approval with the follow.jng
cond i ti ons: i"
1. Lots 17, 18.& 1.9 Block lwill.share access; specifically, Lot 18
will.not have any direct ac.cess.to Wellborn Road or. Holleman Drive.
Exact locationof'access/easements can be determined at site
plan development/r.eview.
2. A 20 foot utility easement which is separate from the 20 foot
private access easement is required across the rear of Lots 15
and 16 Block 1.
3. The offset utility easement along the west side of Lots 14 & 15
Block 1 may cause problems. Work with. the util ity departments
regardlngthelrrequirements. Suggest locating a>30 foot utility
easement on the. southwest corner of Lot 17B 1 ockl .
