feel that a more appropriate name was needed, as the information center was
intended to bea. temporary....m.easure.
We are changing the name of the plat from Woodcreeklnformation Center
to Corn.erstoneCom.me.rcial>, Section One. It should follow that the
commercial property on the north side of woodcreek Drive should be
Cornerstone Commercial,Section Two.
We are also submitting sanitary sewer plans along with this plat.
It shollldalso be noted that the east. side of this tract is the
proposed.centerliri.eofS()uth Braeswood .Drive. A larger building setback
line has beenprovidedalqngthis line, that when development and replatting
occurs, no structure would encroach on the normal setback of 25' along Soulth
Brasewood.Drive.
