Brazos County, Texas, and being part of the called 10.135, acre tract de-
scribed in the deed from>TyreeThomas and wife, Ruby Lee Thomas, to George
D. Riley, Jr., <lndRaymond G. Huff, as recorded in Volume 583, Page 454, of
ttPe Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more parti cul arly de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the concrete right-of-way marker found at the intersection
of the northeast right~of-way line of Wellborn Road (F.M. No. 2154) with the
southeast line of Holleman Drive, said concrete right-of-way marker being at
the west corner of thebeforementionedlO.135 acre tract;
THENCE N 4.40 1715111 E along the southeast line of Holleman Drive,
same being the northwest line of the said 10.135 acre tract for a distance
of 182.75 feet .to a 1/2" iron -rod set for corner at the west corn,erof the
called 0.2250 acre tract described in the deed from Tyree Thomas to the City
of College Station, Texas, as recorded in Volume 447~ Page 42, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas [reference is here made to pages 2 and 3, of
the Highway No. M.H.4ll, right-of-way map, Federal Aid Project No. MJ023(1),
State District No. 17], said iron rod being in a curve concave to the north,
having a radius of 984.93 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve .for an arc length of 151.95 feet
to a 1/211 iron rod set for corner .at the beginning of a curve concave to the
south, having a radius of 25.00 feet, said iron.rod being ;nthe southwest
right-af-way lineofapropased60footwide street, the chord bea.rs
