BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held apub<lic hearing lntheClty Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
, 1983 on the question of rezoning certain

AND, WHEREAS, theC ity Council has determined the fo] lowing:
To rezone or change the classification of two tractsof landlylng and being situated in
the Crawford Burnett Survey, Abstract No.7, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and
being part of the called lO.13S acre tract described in the deed from Tyree Thomas and
wife, Ruby Lee Thomas, to George D. Ri.~ley, Jr., and Raymond G~Huff, as recorded in Volume
583, page 454, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
