BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7,:00 P.t~. on Thursday,
, 1985 on the question oJ rezoning certain areas w'ithin the City
limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or ,change the classification of all that certain 4.4744 acre tract of Land out
of theRi chardCarterSu rvey, Abs t ract#8, Brazos County ,Texas and .bei ng a port i on of a
13.54 acre tract conveyed to University East Joint Venture by Sylvia PutzWillingham by
Deed Recorded inV01 ume398, Page 709 of the Deed Records ofBrazo;sCdunty, Texas and
being out 'of a 6.20 acre<tract shown as Tract No.1, Ordinance No. 1420 and being more
particularly described by Metes and Bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the south Right-of-Way li,ne of University Drive, said
point being' the most northerly, corner of said 13.54 acre tract;
THENCE S 45028'00" E,188.22 feet along said 13.54 acre t'ract northeast line to a
point for the most easterly corner of this tract;
THENCE S 44031'58" W, .602.46 feettoa point on the southwest 1 ine of said 13.54
acre tract for the most southerly corner of this tract;
THENCE the following along the southwest 1 ine of said 13.54 acre tract;

WHEREAS, the City Council held a pub1 ic hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on

BEGINNING at the North corner of the aforesaid 13.54 acre tract, same lying on the
Southeast right-of-way 1 ineof ~niversity Drive;

of 313.23 feet to a point for corner;
