BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in theClty Halrat 7:00P.M. on
1983,on the question of rezoning certain
areas within the'Clty Limits;
AND, WHEREAS , theCityCounci'l has determ ined the following :
To rezone or change theclasslflcatlon of all that certain 4.974 acre tract , lying and
being situated in the Robert Stevenson League, A-S4, and being part of the 19.31 acre tract
of land describedln theSpeciaJW'arranty Deed recordedln Volume 325, page 171, of the
Deed Records of Brazos County', Texas,.and beIng more particularlydescribed"'as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of the beforementioned 19.31 acre tract;
THENCE 545004 '5811' E- 304.25 feet to the most easterly corner of a 2.670
acre tract descrIbed in the Deed recorded inVoJume 443, page 805, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, out of the 19.31 acre tract tothepoi'nt of beginning of the herein
