AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE,
FROM APARTMENTS HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT R-6 TOADMINISTRATrVE-PROFESSIONAl DISTRICT A-P.
BElT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COllEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearIng in theCit'y Hall at' 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday" on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City LImits:
AND,WHEREAS, the CityCouncl1 has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classifIcation of all that certalnO.096 (4,182 square foot)
tractor parcel of land, lying and being sltuatedin the Richard Carter Survey, Abstract
No.8, College Station,BrazosCounty,Texas, and being a part of lot 1 of the Court-
yardApartmentsSubdlvisJon, the final plat of which is recorded in Volume 583, Page
173, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 0.096 acre tract being more
particularly describ~d as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found marking the south corner of lot lof the Court-
yard. Apartment Subdivislon,samebeLng the west corner of lot 2, and being located
N 44017148" WI71 .00 feet from the northwe$t right-of-way line of State Highway No. 30;
