BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Councilh.eld a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on'Thursday,
September 27 , 1984 on the 'question of rezoning certain areas within the city
1 imits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the fo.l1owing:'
To rezone or change the classiftcationof the following tract of land. lying and being sit-
uated In the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:

A 1.061 acre ttact or. parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector Survey,
Abstract No. 46, College Statton, Brazos County, Texas, and being a part of Lot 2R and a
\, part of Lot .15R, Block "B"of the Resubdivision Final Plat of Block "B", EastMark Subdivi-
)sion, Phase II ,additiontothe City of College Sta,tion,Texas,said final plat being re-
./ corded in Volume 705, Page 613 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, sai.d 1.061

BEGINNING at an iron rod found marking the common corner of Lot 2Rand Lot 3R, Block
"B", EastMark Subdivision, Phase I I, and being located in the southwest right-of-way line
of State Highway No.6, East By-Pass;
