Weare the owners of a 6.56 acre tract of land in the Morgan Rector League.
vie r_espectfullyrequest that this tract be constdered for a zoning change
from its present of R-4 to that of R-5. This is would allow the property to
be conditionally used for Fraternity and Sorority houses.
If we are able to attain the zoning change, we fully intend to develop
the tract fOf.Fraternities and Sororities.
