allow for a step-down lnintensity from the intersection. Commercial zoning at the Barron
Road inters-ectlonwas. stepped down fromC~l toC-3, G~Nand A-P 'southward a long' SH 6.
Rezoning this tract to C-l.andM-l wouldnotcolTIPly wIth the City's land Use Plan and
development.polJcles, Theappllcantcan..continue te> use the property as it was being
used at the ti me ofannexatlon:. Expansi on of the current non-confotm ing uses could be
considered (within limits) bytheZoningl3oardof Adjustment.
The Plannlngand Zoning Commiss.ion' considered this request on March 3,1984. The Commission
