Mr. Callaway advised that the site plan for the center 1n Parkway S:quarewas -on.e the City

stated that he could not determine the size of this space when he was driving by, and wondere(
about requirements. Mr. Callaway said that we have no slzerequirements for a use permit,
andtnata daycare center must comply with other City and State regulations regarding size,
number of children, etc. The publlchearing was op.ened. .
