Dear Mrs. Key:
As per our conversation of today, Mr..'Danny'Robertson, rontractor, will replace
the retaining wall at north end adjacent to Chi Omega Sorority House. This is to
correct 81'-0" needed for nine (9.)9'-0" parking spaces.
We will also stripe the other side adjacent to Munson Street, as discussed, to uniform
dimension of 8'-9ft on center.
All of the above corrections will be completed prior to 1 February 1985.
