This is for the certificate of occupancy being issued at this time. Rezoning cases, one for Commercial and one for Adminlstratlve-Professionalhaverecentlybeenturn~ddownfor this lot. Staff considers this request to be for "spot-commercial11zon,lng. CommunIty Development Funds have been spent "in this residentialnelghborhood in the past and this type ofdevelopment would nqt be compatible with residential upgrading done at that time.
