The deliberations of theP.R.C. shall be recorde.dandfiled in the o ffi ce of the DirectorofPlanni ng. TheP . R. C .sha 11 submit written recommen- dations to the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission.
