AfterdrevJew of the above mentioned plan, the P.R.C. recommends this
project bere-planned and re-s'ubmitted .forreviewat 9:30 a.m. on
January 25th.
Suggestions made by the P.R.'C.' include thefollowlng:

Driveway & parklngbetween the 2 buildings must be in a driveway/parking
easement provided by Separate Instrument.
Suggest shifting building toward Longmire and moving parallel parking from
the rear of that one building and make head-in parking toward the building
off the driveway between the buildings.
Showcal iper of trees.
Show location map.
Utility easements, location, size and type ofutillties to be shown on
plan. Information will be furnished by the City upon request.
Some kind of screening between the parking area and the street will be
required; suggest a fence. or berm with shrubs.
Present 2 copies of redrawn plan to Planning Staff for review.
