The P.R.C. met on August 23, 1982 to review parkIng lot plan for th~ above
mentioned project (a shopping center). The P.R.C. reco~ends that this
be revised and redrawn to reflect the following suggestions made at the
meeting:
Check 'with George 'Ford concerning number and location
Show all "buildings and parkIng -layout ,of th',is proJ.ect
buildirlgs and park'ing,areas of a'djacent prtljects.
Re19cate'the drive-thruwindow of the fast food restaurant~
Utility poles will require 15ft. easement to .edge of any buildIng
if'overheadservice is desired. '
Re-plan the entire shopping center to abolish head-in parking,
requested by Fire Marshall ·
Maintain a minimum 15 ft. setback from the ~ear property line.
As has been ruled on the development for the Manor House Inn and
the separate restaurant ,th i 5 shopping center will also be allowed
only one detached', sign, this sign. includes all businesses on this
site,or building plot as defined by. Ordinance as of this date..,
