R-5 area on the N side of Holleman at Wellborn R. is vacant. Existing single family uses to the north, driplexes to the east, and to the west (along Wellborn Rd.). COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Area reflected as low density residential. Holleman improvements planned and under cons.truction will provide' (when completed) a minor thoroughfare carrying traffic from FM2818 to the Mall area.
