There is a 12 inch water main available for service to your project on the north side of University Drive adjacent to your site. The City of College Station is in the process of designing the extension of Lincoln Street to the east from the present intersection of Ash5urnandLincoln along the southerly portion of your tract and connecting.with University Drive. The proposal i sfunded for a seventy foot wi de right-of-way with a forty- seven foot wide curb and gutter street centered .in the right-of-way. Your project site drainage and grading are required to be prepared by a registered professional engineer in accordance with the attached "PRe Drainage Statement. II For those areas of your project which fall within the designated 100 year flood "plain it will be required to meet the guidelines of the City of <College Station Ordinance 1301 "Flood Hazard Protectionll and will be required to acquire a development permit as described in'. said ordinance.
