This is the third request for R-1A zoning in the West Park area within the past
18 months. The previous requests (82-111 and 83-107) were granted.
This continuatlonof rezoning requests in the West Park area indicates a need
fora thorough study and land use recommendation for the area.
Approval of this request is recommended for the follo0Jng reasons:
a) The requested zoning is compatible with the plan, area zoning and area uses.
b) The requested ~oning does not represent a change in permitted uses at this
location.
c) Approval of the request would have very little effect on area density.
