Ordinance 850 as medium density apartments. ,This R-5 zone is only a
small ..part .of the ...overall development.. If all zoning that is requested, is
approved, then. the maximum density for the entire .development 'Would

per gross acre. We therefore feel~that this zoning request is in total
accordance, with the c~mp.reh~nsive plan, would help ~~tablish justification
