BEGINNING at an iron rod found marking the south corner of the aforesaid
Lot 16, said iron rod also lying on the northeast Right-of-way line
of Texas Avenue;
THENCE N 450 00' 00" E with the southeast property line of the aforesaid
Lot 16 for a distance of 467.98 feet to a fence post for carrier, said
fence post marking the east corner.. of the aforesaid .Lot 16;
THENCE N 450 2T' 49"-Wwith the northeast property line of the aforesaid
Lot 16 fora di'stanceof232 .38 feet to a fence post for corner;,
THENCE S 450 03' 36" W across aforesaid Lot 16 for a distance of 466.61
feet to an iron rod.for corner, said iron rod also lying on the northeast
