Group by RaJ.ntree Development Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volume 469,
page 697 of the Deed Records of Brazos County ,.. Texas ,and being more
particularly destrribed by metes and boun'ds as follows ;
BEGINNING at the East corner of the aforementioned 79.00 acre tract,
samelyingona southwes,t perimeter ,of Foxfire Phase 2 ,an addition to
Brazos County, Texas;

Field notes of a'6.96 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being
situated in the Thomas Caruthers Survey , ,Abstract 9, Brazos County, Texas
and being a portion of the 2 following described tracts;
(1) A 79.00 acre tract conveyed to Cornerstone Investment Group by
Raintree Development Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volume 469, page
697 of tl1.e Deed Records of Braozs County, Texas;
(2) A 26.0'7 acre tract conveyed to Cornerstone Investment Group by
East Bypass Development .Group by deed recorded in Volume 491, page 229 of'
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; ,
Said 6.96 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows; "
BEGINNING at the west corner of the aforementioned 26.07 acre tract;
THENC.E N 440 47 '11" E along the northwest line of the said 26.07
acre tract.for a distance of 494.78 feet to the NQrth' corner of the said
26.07 acre tract;
