AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO TRACTS OF lAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE THOMAS CARUTHERS

AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following two (2) tracts of land all lying
andbeingsituatedlnthe.ThomasCaruthers Survey, Abstract 9 ,Brazos County ,Texas, and
being more fully described by metes and" bounds as follows:
Being a 6.96 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Thomas
Caruthers Survey, Abstract 9, Brazos Cou~ty, Texas and being a portion of the 2 follow-
ing describedt racts:

(1) A 79.00 acre tract. conveyed to Cornerstone Investment Group by Ra intree Deve lop-
ment Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volume 469, page 697 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
(2) A 26.07 acre tract conveyed to Cornerstone Investment Group by East Bypass
Development Group by deed recorded in Volume 491, page 229 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
Said 6.96 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the west corner of the aforementioned 26.07 acre tract;
