AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACTS A, D& E; SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 30 SUBDIVISION
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-l TO APARTMENTS MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT R-5
AND GENERAtCOMMERC IALDISTR leT C-l.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, 1983, on the question of rezoning certain
property.within the..city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following :
"To rezone or change thec lass i fi cation of the fa llowi'ngthree (3) t ractsof 1 and
all being a part of Southwood Valley Section 30 SubdivisIon, a subdivision of the
City of Cgllege Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume 508, page 57lof
the Deed ,.Records of Brazos County:

From Single Family Residential DistrictR-ltoGeneral Commercial District C-l.
TRACTD SOUTHWOOD VALLEY SECTION 30 SUBDIVISION
From Single Family Residential District R-l to Apartments Medium Density District R-5.

And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
