COUNCIL ivlEMBERS
The enclosed information is ,given to show a possible excessive off-street
parking for the ~ledical& De'ntal profession. At the present time there
are a number of people in the medical field that would like to house
their permanent or branch office in College Station. One of the concerns
is the number of parking spaces required in Ordinance No. 850.
Thru a survey of random cities it is the intent of this request to show
reason,to lower the minimum parking street requirement for Medical &
Dental professional buildings. A copy of Ordinance No. 850 along with
tIle survey and an example situation are given to, 'show evidence to lower
the minimum parking requirement.
.,.-
I would respectively request that the council submit this proposal to
Planning & Zoning to lower the minimum off-street parking requirement.
