Sometimes I think you're clairvoyant. .Abouta. y~aragoJirTlS(llithstarted drafting a proposal
to screen dumpsters. He wanted to use City i t;tall's dumpster as a trial to>see how such a
proposal wo.uldbe accept~d by the rest of his customers. I think I.gavehim.more of an opinion
than. he wanted. I too brought up . the problems thatyoLidescribedin your 9/13/94 . memo to
Ron.

city hall landscape check
jennifer - i had a call from ross this morning. we need togethim an idea ofwhat he will need, to do in
terms of landscape compliance so parks can prepare an slaand, include the landsape cost.
so, first you will need to get familiar with the file and the approved landscape plan, such as it is. then there
needs to be a tally of what is out therewith a comparison ofw.hatwas approved. once we are that far, we
needto meet with ross to disc:uss whatwe came up with and any alternatives he may have. i will help you
when you have questions, .and if you wantrne to. walk the site with you, let me know. ,if you have time
Friday to do that itwould bea good time so we can wear comfortable clothes. .thanks!
