the hareinafterdescribed property. is not part of my homestead,
being the owner.of that certain 9.13 acre .tract of land in the
Crawford Burnett La ague , Brazos County, Texas, heretofore con-
'veyedto me by deed from Dorsey E.McCrory August 28, 1975. and
recorded in Volume 342, Page 722, Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, which has been heretofore platted andsu.odivided into that

of College station, Brazos County, Texas, according to the plat
of said subdivision filed for 'record in the office of the County

No building shall be erected or placed on any lot having a
