The P.R.C. recommends approval 'withthe following conditions:;', (1) Need additional 10 ft. utility easement off back of Lots 14 & 15 Block T; this easement will be shown on the Final Plat of this section which will al so go to P&Z on Augus.t 19,1982. (2) Re: Head-in parking (Lots 5&6) ; a total of 43ft. (combined drive and pa rking spacel ength).isneeded.
