is desired, guy easements will be necessary.

SUBJECT: Spring Loop 4--plexes (BlockT, Lots 1-6)82-531
The P.R.C.met on August 10, 198z.to review revised slte plans for the above
mentioned project. The P.R.C. recommends approval 'withthe following conditions:;',
(1) Need additional 10 ft. utility easement off back of Lots 14 & 15 Block T;
this easement will be shown on the Final Plat of this section which will
al so go to P&Z on Augus.t 19,1982.
(2) Re: Head-in parking (Lots 5&6) ; a total of 43ft. (combined drive and
pa rking spacel ength).isneeded. This can be. achieved by hav ing either
a23ft. drive and 20 ft. parking spaces, or by havlng23 ft. parking
spaces and a 20 ft.. dr i ve.
(3) Need 10 copies of revised plan by Friday, August 13,'1982 in order
to be on p&Z agenda of August 19,1982.
(4) -.We recommend additional landscaping between the front of the buildings
and Spring Loop Drive.
