Commissioner Hall moved to deny the site plan permit for the Firestone Tire Co~ Commissioner Fleming seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. AGENDA ITEM NO. 18: for. Southwood . Rick .Watson,thedeveloper for the project was agreeable to putting in a 10ft. pedestrian accessea'sement to the park.
