' Shirley Volk,Planning Technician SUBJECT: OfficeBuilding- 0.799 Acres of Block B in Post Oak Forest - on University Drive adjacent to Forest Drive - (82-446) The P.R.C. met on October 26, 1982 to review parking lot plan for the above mentioned project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:* (1) (2) (3) NeedS ft. setback from Forest Drive. to edge of parking.. Includ.e location map on site'plan. Headwallsof Highway. 'Department Standards wi 11 be required lfany kind of culvert or drainage pipe' is necessary under the drive leading into University Drive. Show dimensions from the ,edge of parking to building, across the parking area and drive at rear of property, and that of the drive on the west side of the building. Screening 'fence to divide this project from developed residential area to the rear will be required by ordinance. Furnish same type of. landscaping plan. Designate the drive on to University Drive on the west side of property as an exit, rather than an entrance. Check with Mac Allen concerning the location of dumpster. Only sign allowed will be limited to an address only sign. (4) FURNISH 10COPJES OF REVISED PLAN BY 5:00 P.M. October 29th IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON NOVEMBER 4th p&Z AGENDA. sjv
