I would like to review the situation :regarding drainage of the
parking lot at your Southwest Parkway'Branch office.
Currently, your parking lot draiIls across property recently
acquired by the Bank into aditcll also on our property. This
"ditch" is not' a dedicated easemE~nt..
As part of the development of.the Bank's property we intend to
give a.dedicatedea~ementto the.City. The City of Coll~ge
Station has required a 25'1 utility easement, <allofwhichmus't
be contr'ibutedbytl1eBanksince 'your parking lot is already
paved. The storm sewer will be a 48"'reinforced concrete pipe.
'l11e pipe ..cost alone (excluding installation) wilL be about $35

currently serving the property described above. It is to be relocated with the development of the
abutting lot (Lot 3R-l()f Block Two, Brentwood Section Four) in order to place it into an existing
access easement that is mutual to yourp~opertY, Lot 3R:-:1, and Lot 2, Block Two, Brentwood
SectiQnFour.
