SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Central Park Atrium -,82-447
The P.R.C. met on Novembe.r' 2,1982 to 'review parking lot plan for the"above mentioned
project. TheP.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:~t~

No obstructions wlllbe allowed which would interferwith crews reaching dump-

to be cleared-w.ith the Dlrector of Pub1ic Services. , -
Locate fi re hydrant at thenorthea;st corner 'of the east driveway entrance.
Sprlnklersystemwll1 be required for entire building upon completion.
Utility service to be at the norther;n'corner of the property. 'Check with
Electrical Superintendent.
Access easement running down the northwest side of the property line will be
required if the boulevard entrance (off Central Park Lane) is to be used.
Both openings in the parking lot to the adjacent lot should, be at least 40 ft.
in width to allow circulation of garbage trucks.
Sign located on Southwest Parkway sidewill be limited to address only.
Drainage plan showing elevations, flow plan, etc. will be. required prior to
approval of this plan.
Eliminate the turn lane from Southwest Parkway and make the, curb cut the same
as on any other city street.

*Any changes to the approved site 'plan must be cleared through the Office of the
Directcirof Planning.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS:
1. All easements shown on Drawing No. MEP 1 must be current
instruments or field notes prepared for the samebya registered
land surveyor ,pravi ded to thi S offi ce and an easement document
drawn and executed prior to issuanceofa Certificate of Occupancy.
2. An easement may be':needed foY' the fire hydrant if located as shown
and for the firesprinkl er vaLrlt~~also.
3. The sanitary sewer connection is not acceptab'le as shown. A manhole
will be required at the termination of the existing 6 inch line.
Detai 1 s .>must be worked out with the Water and Sewer Dept. A plan
and p'rofile of the sanitary sewer line if extended will be required.
