Include an area map an the<site plan.
Indicate dra inage arrows on plan.
Either raise one side of the existing va.lley gutter along the property line
adjacent to Phase 2, or gtade the lot to carry the runoff water across the
Phase ,2 site and put drainage cuts in the curb between Phase 1 & Phase 2.
Shift the locatIon of the side of the curb cut to be even with the end of
the islands.
When Phase 2 is developed, the i'slandsmust be relocated and extended as
pointed out byAl.Mayoduring'thismeeting.
Designate.size,< type, location of trees and shrubs and also indicate the
type and location of ground cover to be used.
The top of the back of the cUrb should be at ground level.
Show the parking requirements for Phase 1 & Phase 2, and the number of
spaces provided on the site plan.
