(2) Grading and paving plans must be submitted. (3) Structural Details for the building and site are incomplete in that no accommodation is made for the 4 ft. drop in elevation at the easterly end of the building. (4) Finished floor elevation certificate will be required prior to C.O. since this project is within the floodplain.
