proper time to transplant red oak is'late fal1oI:' winter when the trees have shed
their leaves. If we transplant the, tree nG>w the problem is further complicated by
the fact that our water is high in s0aiumandmay affect the new foliage when the
waterfrQrnthe irrigation system hits the leaves. This may result in leaf drop
further weakening the newly.transplamted,tree$. ,These circumstances will make it
difficult to warranty the replacement trees.. If it is agreeable with you we will
install them in the ,fall.

J.J. Muggs Restaurant in College Station, Texas. This site plan shows a

It is the intention of the developer, Steak and Ale Restaurants Corp., to
route th is creek through a dra i nage structure, so as to ut i I i ze the area
now taken up by the creek channel. We are now in the process of determining
thes i ze of the structure required. Therefore, prior to the site plan being
presented to the College Station Planning and Zoning Commission, we wi I I
submit a drainage analysTs and grading plan for your review.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS:
(1) The site plan must show how utilities are to serve this
structure.
(2) Grading and paving plans must be submitted.
(3) Structural Details for the building and site are
incomplete in that no accommodation is made for the 4
ft. drop in elevation at the easterly end of the
building.
(4) Finished floor elevation certificate will be required
prior to C.O. since this project is within the
floodplain. The owner should be advised that due to
the handling of storm drainage he can expect 1-2 ft. of
water flowing past the easterly end of the building
over the parking lot on a fairly frequent basis.
