(1) This project as submitted, was not previously reviewed
on Lot 3. It was proposed for Lot 5 - (83/417).
(2) The dimensioning of the lot frontage is either
inco'rrect or areplat is in order. The platted
frontage is 100.00'.
(3) Grading and drainage plans must be submitted showing
existing and proposed. elevations.
(4) How is the basement sewer drained and what is it
collecting? If it is to drain to the sewer system it
must be equipp,ed with'<petroleum product separation
devices acceptable to this office.
(5 ) Holleman Driv.e is ,proposed to be widened in the near
future. The existing curb line will be moved back
about four (4).feet. The new curb location must be
accounted for in this site plan.
