".,"" ,'_.A,',"" LC", ',',',.".. ..;:....-- \~~ June 13,1 986 --~ Dear Mr. Taylor: It has come to our attention that an auto service shop belonging to Mr. Asad Almani is occupying. a lease space in the Valley Business Park at 3900 South Texas Avenue. Our understanding is that you are the landlord/owner of this building. Since you proposed an office-warehouse facility and only supplied parking for that use, the auto service shop cannot be allowed to remain. In the process of investigating this question, we have also discovered other problems. IIProCycle" has retail and service areas. Neither of these ,uses is allowed since this would be converting an office-warehouse into a shopping center by definition. We have a question about possible manufacturing activities at IlCongleton's". IISavinlf would appear to be using much more offic~ space than warehouse. You designed parking for lease spaces that are mostly warehouses. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we may resolve these matters in a timely manner. I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us find a reasonable solution. Thank you. Respectfully, ~.~ Albert O.
