It was a veryinf.ormative meeting, and will help Byram Properties make our final decision regarding the feasibility of this project. I would like to confirm my notes regarding the meeting with the following statements on items..we discussed: Jane Kee' stated that thezoning, andtheoccupancy of this structure will no~ change from the existing use. She also stated I will need to obtain a conditional use permit, which she did not think would be a problem. Harry Davis and Coy Perry stated that if the occupancy did not change, then the requirement for the old section of the project to be'sprinkledwill not apply. Therefore, Byram Properties need not put sprinklers in the existing structures. :'Coy Perry stated that if some additional items such as electrical need to be added ,. they shou ldmeet current codes; however itis not necessary to update the existing serviceS. For examp 1 e, .. i fweneed to add <extra ..el ectr i ca 1 ,a 11 . added items need to .meet. code but it wi 11 not .be a requirement to update other electrical items that they are tied in to. - Jane Kee stated that a variance will be needed to meet parking requirements of one and one half spaces per unit. As I pointed out, the approved site plan" that I had with me that day, shows end islands'atthe end of each row of parking [nthe lot on Meadowland on Lots 6-12. These are not there. The drive width around-the ends of those parking rows is inadequate, being approximately only ten (1'0) feet wide. Typically, this dimen- sion lsat least twenty (20) feet, The landscaping is i'ncomplete in the linear islands separating the park lngspa'ce~. The screen fence along the' property 1 i ne is required by ordinance, and 'is not there. Theentlreparking area should be curbed. The rear line is not.
